Designed by the China Railway Bridge Survey and Design Institute, it is a three tower cable-stayed bridge with two main spans of 616 meters. It is the biggest span three tower cable-stayed bridge in the world and the largest span combined girder cable-stayed bridge in the world. The total length is about 6.5 km, including 27 Yangtze River bridge main project, 2922 meters and 3585 meters supporting works on both sides. Microsilica NR95 was used in this project, and 65MPa high strength silica fume concrete was used at the bridge pier connection.
